Here I am....Arrivin' During a Hurricane!

Well not quite during the hurricane, but close (for those of you who don't get the title, it's a spin on band Scorpions' "Rock you like a Hurricane") Jaedyn "Ike" Hansen arrived at 3:20 Friday morning, the calm before the storm. Makana, Jaedyn, and I then "sheltered in place" in the hospital for the next 60 hours. It actually wasn't too bad and we really couldn't hear or see any of the devastation that Ike brought until we went to our home. Anyway, Jaedyn is doing fine and is nice and healthy. I'm going to post some of the pictures that we took here and I am sure Makana will be doing some posting of her own when she feels up to it.

She looks like a solid and healthy little girl. I'm glad you were safe during the hurricane. Now all three of you can say that you experienced a hurricane!

Give my niece lots of love from her tia Tia

So cute. She has the greatest hair. Great timing with IKE, that is a great story that you can tell little Jaedyn. Glad that both girls are great.
