Goodbye Christopher Robin

Now this is one you can take your whole family to.
And I really really hope you do.

Here is a summary of the movie:

"GOODBYE CHRISTOPHER ROBIN gives a rare glimpse into the relationship between beloved children's author A. A. Milne (Domhnall Gleeson) and his son Christopher Robin (Will Tilston), whose toys inspired the magical world of Winnie-the-Pooh.  Along with his mother Daphne (Margot Robbie), and his nanny Olive (Kelly Macdonald), Christopher Robin and his family are swept up in the international success of the books; the enchanting tales bringing hope and comfort to England after the First World War.   But with the eyes of the world on Christopher Robin, what will the cost be to the family?"

I am sure many of you have heard about this film. If you haven't though, you can sneak and peek at the trailer. Just for you, my friends!

Doesn't that just make you want to see it? And bring your family too? I was able to screen it actually. I know, it was pretty cool! And it made me cry and laugh and I can't wait to take my family to see it as well. You can check out what Rotten Tomatoes says about the film too. Honestly, in a world where the wholesome and good gets mocked at, this felt like a breath of fresh air.

One of the things that I was really surprised at was the character development and how many aspects of their lives that I felt that resonated with me. Life is rough! But it also has so much joy and deserves celebrating. I loved how imagination was given freedom and even as I watched the film, I knew I wanted to find that imagination within myself that I am sure I had as a child.

I'll just finish up with this quote from a part in the movie that stood out to me.
